It has a large private pool with stunning views over the Messinian bay and mountains and is only a short distance (8-minute walk) from the local beach, mini-market and tavernas.

The property is split into two self-contained properties – the upper floor sleeps 4 and the ground floor sleeps 6. Whatever part you rent (either in part or as a whole depending on the size of your group) you will have total exclusivity.

The property is finished to an excellent standard with light, airy spaces perfect for the hot summer days found in the Peloponnese. We have air conditioning in every room (which can be used to heat the villa in the winter).

Throughout, we have handmade furniture and the overall finish is to a very high standard. Almost all bedrooms have en-suites plus their own private balconies and/or terraces.

Both our twin rooms can be converted to king depending on party configuration. We provide bath and beach towels for all guests, plus complimentary toiletries.

Kalamata is a 15 minute drive away, as is the supermarket. The airport is 25 minutes away.
